I've spent the last 3 years running fitness classes across Perth — and I started Grounded Within Co because I kept noticing the same thing: people show up to move their bodies, but they leave still carrying everything they walked in with.
So I added something most outdoor classes don't have. I'm a certified breathwork practitioner, and every session at Grounded Within Co ends with a few minutes to breathe properly — to come back to yourself before you go back to everything else.
Grounded Within Co started with fitness, but it's growing. Nutrition coaching, breathwork sessions, and counselling support are all part of where this is headed — because finding your ground isn't just about one thing. It's about all of it.
