Grounded Within Co runs outdoor group fitness sessions at local Perth parks — built for real life, real schedules, and real bodies. Every session finishes with a few minutes to breathe, reset, and feel like yourself again before the day picks back up. No matter where you're starting from, there's a place for you here.

MOVEMENT

45 minutes of group fitness — bootcamp-style circuits, strength work, and cardio, scaled to every fitness level.

BREATHE

A guided breathwork close to every session — because finishing strong shouldn't mean leaving wired.

COMMUNITY

Show up as you are. No judgement, no intimidation — just a group of locals doing the work together.

How a session works

WARM UP

Get the body moving, prepare for the session ahead.

THE WORK

30-40 minutes of group fitness: circuits, strength, cardio. Scaled to your level — push as hard as feels right for you, every single time.

FIND YOUR GROUND

5-10 minutes of guided breathwork to close. Sit, breathe, reset.

Who it's for

Everyone. Genuinely. Whether you're getting back into fitness after a break, you're already active and want something different, or you're 55+ and want movement that respects where your body's at — there's a place for you in this group.

About Marcel

I've spent the last 3 years running fitness classes across Perth — and I started Grounded Within Co because I kept noticing the same thing: people show up to move their bodies, but they leave still carrying everything they walked in with.

So I added something most outdoor classes don't have. I'm a certified breathwork practitioner, and every session at Grounded Within Co ends with a few minutes to breathe properly — to come back to yourself before you go back to everything else.

Grounded Within Co started with fitness, but it's growing. Nutrition coaching, breathwork sessions, and counselling support are all part of where this is headed — because finding your ground isn't just about one thing. It's about all of it. For now, come move with us. Find your ground, one session at a time.
